At Cycle Town we ride to feel good. Our classes will challenge you in the best way possible.

RHYTHM RIDE®

A 50 minute interval based ride that’s a music-driven cardio workout on a bike.  Targeting the full body, the ride includes aerobic and anaerobic interval training and hand weights. We adjust body positions, pedal speed, and resistance to generate exceptional cardio results and core strength. We ride to the beat of awesome music. The rhythm brings the class together making it appropriate for beginners and advanced riders alike as the level of intensity is up to the rider.

RHYTHM RIPPED®

A 50 minute interval based ride that combines the cardio from a traditional Rhythm Ride class with more attention on the upper body using hand weights. We focus on biceps, triceps and deltoids. It’s all on the bike. It’s all still to the beat. It will challenge you, go for the BURN! Rhythm Ripped is also appropriate for beginners and advanced riders alike as the size of weights and level of intensity is up to the rider.

CYCLE & STRENGTH

A 30 minute ride with an interval focus then 30 minutes on the mat for strength work. We target glutes/legs, arms and core. It includes weights, bands and bodyweight. It’s a head to toe experience to get your heart pumping and strengthen your muscles. Bring sneakers.

THEME RIDES

Got a favorite artist? Genre? Decade? We’ve got a theme for you! We schedule multiple theme rides each week. From Best of Beyonce to Rock Remixed to I Love the 90’s, you will have fun with our themed classes.

FULL BODY WELLNESS EVENTS

Take wellness to the next level. A fabulous afternoon of self care from head to toe. Offered monthly during the fall, winter and spring.
  • 30 minute spin
  • 30 minute yoga flow
  • 15 min sound bowl meditation and healing
  • Fresh pressed juice to nourish and support your immune system and gut health

TEEN RIDES

A 45 minute ride 100% geared towards a teen rider experience. The teen series is offered at various times throughout the year. Our next 6 week teen series starts November 14/15.

  • Hingham – Mondays 4:15-5pm w/ Brittney. Sign up here.
  • Marshfield – Tuesdays 5:25-6:10pm w/ Maddy. Sign up here.
  • Nov. 14th to Dec 20th. Full session or drop-in.
  • Grades 8-12. All levels of experience welcome!
