Kristen was the visionary creator of Cycle Town (est. 2014!) She created the studios to bring the high intensity, joyful ride she craved to the communities she loved. We are honored to continue her legacy by keeping energy and joy at the center of every ride we deliver.

Favorite sport growing up and why?
Springboard diving. I’m a thrill seeker and I love the athleticism and grace.
What is the best gift you’ve ever given?
Sleep. For a couple days I did night bottle feedings for my friend with an infant so she could sleep.
Why do you ride? Getting sweaty as we rock that beat is my euphoria!
AMANDA
Favorite move on the bike? It’s a 50/50 split between a 70/90 and get aheads (with a ton of resistance)
What is your hidden talent? Multitasking
Funniest dare you ever agreed to? Limbo competition which ended with me WINNING the gold medal (and a round of free drinks )
Why do you ride? I ride because it’s sooooo FUN. 50 minutes to disconnect from my day, to dance and to challenge my body!
BRITTANY

Favorite post-workout meal? Avocado toast
If you had a pet parrot, what would you teach it to say on repeat? Yeahhhh (like Lil Jon)
Why do you ride? The music. The vibes. The amazing feeling once it’s over!
CASSIE
Favorite move on the bike? A heavy get ahead! Challenges your strength and cardiorespiratory fitness.
What is the number one thing on your bucket list? Travel. Alaska, Maldives, Colorado ski trip and a ride in a helicopter to name a few.
If you could invent a holiday, what would it be? Serene Day – a day where everyone just relaxes.
Why do you ride? The community. The post-ride high. The sweat. The mental release. Being in the room with the CT family, all on a mission to feel good!
CHLOE

What’s your guilty pleasure? A tie between Chick fil A waffles fries or Toll House cookie dough.
Favorite self care routine? An awesome spin class followed by an iced vanilla latte and Greys Anatomy in my PJs.
Why do you ride? The people. The community. The energy and joy in the blue room brings to my life is unmatched! I simply love this place.

MADDY

Favorite place in the world and why? Maine – It’s The Way Life Should Be.
If you could make the ultimate sandwich, what would be on it? I’d re-create the Salad Sandwich from Mae’s; cheddar, lettuce, tomato, apple, sprouts, hummus, dill, honey mustard, on focaccia.
Why do you ride? Movement is medicine!
MARISHA
Favorite self care routine? An amazing workout and coffee.
What is the best gift you’ve ever given? My two beautiful daughters (given and received!)
Why do I ride? The feeling of riding to the beat of the music and challenging yourself in a dark room full of energy and positive vibes is unparalleled. It’s something you can’t find just anywhere!
MEAGHAN
What is your secret talent? I have mastered the art of avocado toast.
What word do you want added to the dictionary, and what is its definition? Party People – People who walk into the blue room looking for not only the ride but also the party on the bike.
Why do I ride? Because there is nothing like taking 50 minutes out of your day to feel strong, fast, and powerful all while being surrounded by sick beats and an amazing community.
MEG
Favorite move on the bike? Run
Favorite self-care routine? Being a student in spin and yoga classes, meditating and taking long showers all alone.
If you were arrested, what would it be for? Stealing! My kids are constantly tossing stuff in the cart that I don’t see til we’re in the car!
Why do you ride? Riding challenges my body and my mind in ways I just can’t get from other exercise… and I’ve done them all! No matter how many classes I’ve taught and taken, the workout is always hard, always fun, really freakin sweaty and I leave feeling like a better version of myself.
MELISSA
Favorite move on the bike? Standing crunches to an amazing beat drop!
What’s the most unusual place you’ve been? A monastery in Assisi, Italy
If you could choose a lifetime supply of anything, what would it be? Smart sweet peach rings 😉
Why do you ride? Riding gets me out of my head. I am able to enjoy the present when I am on the bike with friends at Cycle Town.
MOIRA
Favorite move on the bike? 70/90 all the way! I am an interval junkie and take joy in the tough stuff.
What unwritten rule would you make mandatory if you could? Don’t put a finger on my butterfinger. No I am not joking.
What obscure thing are you talented at? Tying cherry stems with my tongue. Huge party trick and crowd pleaser.
Why do you ride? I ride for the mind-body connection, the dance, joy, energy and mainly the community. All of it! It’s my happy place and my center.

If you could make the ultimate dessert, what would be in it? Anything chocolatey on top of a bunch of ice cream

SAVANNA

What’s your favorite holiday? Christmas Eve
Most unusual place you’ve travelled? I impulsively traveled to Morocco by myself for a long weekend.
Why do you ride? I ride because no matter what is going on in life I always know I can ride and I will leave the blue room feeling better than how I walked in.
KELSEY
Favorite move on the bike? Lunges and Figure 8s
What’s your guilty pleasure? Chipotle. It’s a serious addiction.
Favorite place in the world and why? Anywhere on a beach.. I truly believe there is few problems that can’t be cured with a day by the ocean, a cold salt water dip does wonders for the soul!
Why do you ride? The blue room creates a safe space to just dive in and be me. To be present while pushing myself outside of my comfort zone, physically and mentally with an amazing community of people that just fill your cup 💙
