After 15 years in South Boston, Meg and her family of four (plus a french bulldog furbaby) recently moved to Hingham. A dancer through high school and college, she has always loved fitness from the days of going to the gym with her dad and her sister. Exercise was never thought of as an obligation, but more of a privilege…and it was FUN! After leaving a job in public relations, Meg vowed that her next career move would include “wearing yoga pants ALL THE TIME,” and it did as she began teaching both yoga and spin classes in Boston. Coming to us after five years at The Handle Bar, Meg says she still sometimes gets choked up at the end of class when she looks around the room, seeing all those glistening faces that just did something so beneficial for their bodies and minds.
A best friend once said about Meg that “what you see is what you get,” and she embraces that description fully. She is the same person on the bike as she is in life…just maybe a louder version. Come share in that authenticity as Meg hits our schedule running, or rather pedaling, beginning this Monday, January 27th at 8:30am and Thursdays at 5:30am with more coming soon!
